The Shelly family’s vision was clear: a spacious, family-oriented home that balanced style with everyday functionality. Myers Construction & Development took on the challenge, turning a plot in the Sanctuary neighborhood off Tiger Bend Road into a sanctuary of its own. Completed ahead of schedule through meticulous planning and strong collaboration with design professionals, the Shelly family’s new home is an ideal blend of elegance and practicality.

Design and Planning

From the start, the Shelly Project emphasized a collaborative approach. Working closely with residential designer Angel Lewis of A Lewis Designs and architectural designer Dwayne Carruth of The Front Door Design Studio, we developed a home plan that catered to every family need. Each room was crafted with intent, blending Ashley’s love for texture, color, and cozy finishes with practical layouts and modern functionality.

Our team provided the Shellys with an action item list, clearly outlining each milestone. With their timely involvement, the project stayed on track, allowing for a seamless experience and early completion.

Client vision

Ashley and Matt Shelly came to us with the dream of a home that could grow with their family of five. Their previous home had reached “max capacity,” lacking the extra space and organization they needed for an active household. They wanted a timeless, light-filled space with plenty of room to entertain, enjoy family moments, and streamline their daily routines.
